Sacrosancta Concilia Ad Regiam Editionem Exacta

This 17 volume set was printed in 1671 and written by Jesuits Philippe Labbe and Gabriel Cossart. This collection contains council decrees and canons spanning over a thousand years. It was used as a reference work for theologians and canon lawyers. While the bindings of these books are beginning to fail, the pages are still easily legible and contain important historical insights into the protestant reformation - see slides below for further details
